Endeavour's Rollover Completed

Space shuttle Endeavour has completed the move from Orbiter Processing Facility-2 to the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

First motion was at 12:53 p.m. EST and the shuttle, perched on the Orbiter Transport System, completed its journey to the VABs transfer aisle at 2:08 p.m.

Technicians now will attach the lifting sling to the shuttle for rotation and hoisting and attach it to the external fuel tank and twin solid rocket boosters waiting on the mobile launcher platform.
